Jubilations was the best vendor at my wedding!! They served the most amazing wedding food I’ve ever had. All my guests are still talking about it and are wanting to go back and eat it again. It was better than all the restaurants in Estes Park! We got the dual entree with the herb and cheese stuffed chicken breast and the beef tenderloin. The tenderloin was so tender and cooked perfectly! The food was a perfect temperature when it was served. Our appetizers were also delicious. All of the servers were so nice when serving the food. Even the kids meal was delicious and came out just a little bit early which was perfect! We got married right in Estes Park so it was so nice to choose a local vendor only a few minutes away. HIGHLY recommend Jubilations to anyone having a small or large gathering! We got married in RMNP and hosted all of our guests (25 of them) at a house in Estes and needed to find a caterer for our wedding dinner and had no idea where to start. Izzie at Jubilations went over the top to help us pull off a great wedding dinner! She was able to help me rent some extra tables, chairs and linens from a local company, helped me create a time line for the day and was extremely organized. Her staff was nothing less than professional and were so efficient - set up and prepared a few hours before the dinner and then cleaned the dishes and left without a trace! And the food? 10/10! Everything we had was amazing and our guests were blown away by the bison, chicken, veggies and desserts! Great food, greater service and overall a great caterer for anyone!!

How Do I Reserve My Date?
We’ll need the following information to hold your date:
- A copy of your proposal that has been signed. When you let us know you’re ready to book, we’ll give you a document to sign a contract.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500.00.
What Is The Deposit Schedule?
To hold your date, we require a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit. This is subtracted from your total debt. We collect half of the remaining expected charges six months prior. We need to finalise your menu offerings a month ahead of time. We finalise all final quantities and guests 14 days before the event. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior.
Can I Pay With A Credit Card Or Debit Card?
Absolutely! We also accept all major credit and debit cards. If you pay with a credit or debit card, you will be charged an additional 3% fee. Jubilations Catering 215 Virginia Dr Estes Park, CO 80517 is our preferred method of payment.
Is There A Minimum Purchase Required?
During the busy season (May – November), each event must have a minimum food and beverage purchase order of $1,500.
During the Value Season (December – April), each event has a $500.00 minimum food and beverage purchase order.
Are Staffing Charges Included In The Menu Pricing?
No. Personnel is charged separately because we also offer delivery-only events that do not require staffing. There are additional service and delivery expenses for delivery-only events.
Is The Tip Included In The Menu Pricing?
No. The cost of this item is not included in the menu price. All proposals, quotations, and invoices are subject to a 25% Service Charge, which serves as a gratuity for the kitchen and wait staff. Bartending tips are not included in the 25% service charge and are included to all proposals, bids, and invoices as an extra charge.
