Hosts to preselect up to three entrée choices if guest count is over 50 guests and up to two entrée choices if guest count is under 50 guests. Guests preselect their entrée with entrée counts due 10 days prior to event. If deluxe entrees are selected, additional charge applies only to the number of guests who select the deluxe entrée.
